Coffee bar includes a coffee maker, Keurig, coffee and creamer. The primary patio includes large table, BBQ grill and sunshade. Secondary patio includes two chairs, loveseat and gas firepit/table. The pool is open year-round. Pool heat is available for a fee of $75 per day and is recommended if using the pool between October - April. When purchased, the temperature is set to 85 degrees. The 1 car garage is available for use. There are two beach cruiser bicycles available for use at your own risk in the garage.
